Using this website

You may use this website to learn about YOUniqueFilms, watch authorized samples, and submit a genuine inquiry. You may not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy or republish protected material, misrepresent another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Project agreements

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a production date or create a service contract. A project begins only after both parties accept the written scope and payment requirements. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

Your materials and permissions

You confirm that you have the right to provide the photographs, recordings, stories, names, and other materials submitted for the film. You grant YOUniqueFilms permission to use those materials only to evaluate, produce, deliver, and support the requested project.

You are responsible for obtaining any permission needed from photographers, videographers, performers, or other rights holders. Do not submit material that is unlawful, abusive, or that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Creative interpretation

A YOUniqueFilms production is a stylized animated interpretation of supplied memories. It is not documentary footage or an exact reconstruction of an event. Character resemblance, movement, scenery, and visual details are shaped through an artistic process and the review stages in the project agreement.

Ownership and personal use

After full payment, you receive the final deliverables and the personal-use rights stated in your project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, personal use includes private viewing, sharing with loved ones, and screening at the named wedding or private event.

YOUniqueFilms retains ownership of its production methods, working files, templates, tools, and pre-existing creative materials. Public, commercial, paid, broadcast, or resale use requires written permission.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services such as video hosts, email providers, payment processors, and production tools. Their availability and policies are outside our control. Links do not constitute an endorsement of every statement or service on the linked site.

No emotional-outcome guarantee

We apply care, creative judgment, and the agreed review process to every film. We cannot guarantee a specific emotional reaction, audience response, or personal interpretation. Refunds, revisions, cancellations, and delivery remedies are governed by the applicable project agreement and the Wedding Film Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YOUniqueFilms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a project. Any direct liability connected with a paid project is limited to the amount paid for that project, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
